This evening, I will be giving a full conference report on the important points made during this conference. Was I there? No, and that is the irony–and–the beauty of cyberspace and twitter. This conference is jam packed with information from HR industry leaders, vendors, and thought leaders in our field. Yesterday I tweeted to the #jobsearch groups to watch the stream because not only would it be an opportunity for profession development, but it might put them in front people who can hire them.
